Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team in assembling and welding braces and structural supports onto equipment that will be mounted on skids for transport. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
Weld structural braces and supports to machinery for skid-mounted transport.
Interpret and follow blueprints, welding diagrams, and project specifications.
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as needed based on job requirements.
Inspect welds for accuracy, structural soundness, and conformance to project standards.
Operate hand and power tools related to welding and fabrication.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
Assist in moving, positioning, and securing equipment using shop cranes, hoists, or forklifts as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in structural or heavy industrial welding.
Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Must pass a weld test.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must pass a criminal background check.
OSHA 10 required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certification or equivalent welding credentials.
Experience welding on oilfield, industrial, or modular skid equipment.
